Down Home Burger

This burger is a down and dirty manly burger. Made from everyday ingredients from the kitchen cabinet and cold refrigerator. Recipe is for 4 healthy burgers to be prepared.


1 lb (approx) of 95% or better groud beef or sirloin.
8 cloves of pressed garlic
2 teaspoons of garlic salt
2 teaspoon of chili powder
2 teaspoons of season salt
2 teaspoon of onion powder
2 teaspoons of onion salt
1/4 cup worstershire sauce
1/2 cup of bread crumbs
1/2 cup of finely diced onion
1/2 cup of finely diced green pepper
2 eggs


In a large mixing bowl, mix together the ground beef, the pressed garlic, garlic salt, chili powder, season salt, onion powder, onion salt, worstershire sauce, diced onion, and green pepper. Mix these ingredients into a large meat ball. Add the bread crumbs and the eggs and mix thoroughly. Divide the mixture into four hearty manly beef burgers. Cook on open fire or grill to medium rare. Perfecly served with fresh tomato, lettuce, and your favorite roll.
