Deviled Egg Burger

Combines two traditional picnic foods into one!


2 lbs.Ground Chuck (80-20)
6 strips crisped bacon- crumbled
4 Hard Boiled Eggs- crumbled
6 Rolls- Chef Choice
Thinly Sliced Tomatoes (2 per burger)
Lettuce (Boston)

Deviled Egg Spread
One quarter cup of.Mayo
1 T. Grey Poupon Country Style Mustard
1 T.Texas Pete Hot Sauce
1 T.Sweet Relish
1 T. Sour Cream
1 T. Yellow Mustard
Pinch of:
Kosher Salt
Ground Pepper


1. Spread the Deviled Egg Spread on top and bottom of roll.
2. Evenly sprinkle crumbled eggs and bacon on the bottom slice of each roll
3. Place grilled burger on roll and garnish on top with sliced tomatoes and lettuce
