DeLight Me Burger

A semi-vegetarian delights in a burger with all the trimmings too. A sure to please delicious flavorful burger packed with vitamins and protein.


1 medium sized zucchini cleaned and shredded
1 large egg (beaten)
1 Tbs fine diced onion
1 Tbs fine chopped green/red pepper
1 tsp fine diced black olives
1 Tbs + 1 tsp flour
dash each of salt, pepper, and garlic powder


1. mix all ingredients in a bowl. 2. form into patties. 3. sray griddle with light butter pam spray. 4. brown burgers on both side. 5. If desired place slice of cheese on top to melt slightly.


Serve on a warm toasted bun with your choice of fixings. I use, lettuce leaves, pickles, ranch dressing and a little salsa.
