To make juicy hamburgers, you need to start with ground chuck (this is to insure that the hamburgers are juicy)
2 lbs ground chuck
1/8 c. Worstershire
1/8 c. Beaujolais Wine
1/2 c. mushrooms (thinly sliced)
1/4 c. onions (diced)
2 slices of bread (I use wheat)
Salt and pepper to taste
Cheese (your favorite)
Put ground chuck into lg. bowl, add worstershire and wine, add thinly sliced mushrooms and onions, add eggs and bread slices torn into small pieces. Mix well. Salt and pepper to taste. Place on a hot grill and cook to perfection. Add cheese (your favorite) and melt.
These are best eaten as soon as they are taken off the grill.
