Deb's Exotic Burgers

Great tasting Burgers, especially when barbecued, but still delicious cooked on the stove, or broiled. Slightly Exotic in taste! I have been making these burgers for years, having discovered that the "secret ingredients" really add zip and flavour to the beef. They are also moist, tender, and juicy.


Ground Beef 1 lb. or slightly more
Worchestire Sauce 2 Tablespoons
1 egg, blended
1 teaspoon ground Cinnamon
1 Pinch Ground Allspice
1 Clove peeled Garlic, pressed
1/2 Teaspoon course black pepper
Pinch of Salt
1/2 cup flavored bread crumbs/or stuffing mix, smashed/dry


Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Mix Well and knead ingredients together well by Hand. Form into Patties, and GRILL. Serve on Bun of your choice, or as a stand alone Beef Main Serving with vegetables and salad.


These are best hamburgers ever. I created this recipe after making a dish years ago that called for ground beef and also required the addition of cinnamon. So I experimented with the hanburgers and came up with this for my "signature exotic burger".
