Crabmeat Mushroom Burger

In Maryland you cannot go to a seafood restaurant and
not see Mushrooms Stuffed with Crabmeat on the menu.
I decided to take my favorite appetizer and my favorite burger together and see how they paired up.

2 teaspoons of grated onion with juice
1 teaspoon of Old Bay
1 teaspoon of grated garlic

Instructions

Burgers
Mix all burger ingredients . Shape into 6 burgers and refrigerate.
Mix crabmeat with cream cheese and Old Bay.
Form into 6 small balls and coat with bread crumbs.
Make sure mushroom is clean and dry.
Spray grill with cooking spray.
Heat grill to medium high. Place burgers on grill. Season
with salt and pepper. Coat mushroom with extra virgin olive oil on both sides. Rub oil in with your fingers.
Place mushroom on the grill, flat side down. Cook mushroom and burgers 4 to six minute and flip.
Cook an additional 3 to 5 minutes until burgers are done.
When burgers are just about ready take mini crab balls,
flatten and put on grill. Do not overcook. Just warm them gently flip them. They should just be light brown.
Remove everything from grill. Slice mushroom in very thin slices. Place burger on bun, 2 slices of mushroom, and top with a mini crabcake. Finish with top bun and
