CRABBYBURGERS

Reach for our Chardonnay when you’re in the mood for a rich and creamy wine that delights with the fruity flair of pear, apple, and peach.

Ingredients

8 OZ. CRABMEAT
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 cup diced red pepper
1/4 cup plain yogurt
black pepper
1 scallion
seasoned bread crumbs
1 egg mixed with 1 tsp. water
4 slices swiss cheese
1 sliced avocado
lettuce
4 rolls
garlic butter

 

Instructions

Pick over crabmeat to be sure it's all meat . Mix the first six ingredients together. Form into four patties. Dip each pattie in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs. Let dry 1 hour or more in refrigerator. Broil, grill, or saute in frying pan. Toast rolls and spread with a little garlic butter. Assemble burger, roll, patty, cheese, avocado, and lettuce. Top with other half roll. Enjoy!
