Crabby Patty

I LIKE BEEF AND CRABMEAT AND AVACADO AND SO I EXPERIMENTED. WATCHING SPONGEBOB WITH MY GRANDDAUGHTER GAVE ME THE IDEA FOR THE NAME

Ingredients 

2 lbs ground chuck (80% lean)
1/2 lb lump crab meat
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp Sutter Home Cabernet Sauvignon
4 Tbsp old bay seasoning
1 California avocado
2 tsp Colavita olive oil
2 tsp lime juice
2 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp Grey Poupon Dijon
1 8 oz can crushed pineapple
6 leaves of green iceberg lettuce
6 sesame seed hamburger buns

Instructions 

Mix beef, crab, salt and pepper, and wine together and form 6 patties. Sprinkle both sides of patties with old bay. Cook on med. heat 8-10 minutes on each side until well done.

Peel avocado and mix pulp with olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, and mustard. Toast buns and spread avocado mix on bottom half. Add burger, top with pineapple and lettuce and top half of bun with seeds well toasted.
