Country Style Burgers

Hard to pronounce yet easy to drink, this wine combines lychee fruit and white peach flavors with a hint of spice.

Ingredients

2# ground chuck
1 red onion diced
4 jalapeno peppers diced (no seeds)
1/4 worchestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon creole seasoning
1 large egg (beaten)
1 Tablespoon Chipolte sauce
6 onion rolls
mayonaise
mustard
6 slices of sharp cheddar
romaine lettuce, tear 3 leaves
2 large ripe tomatos, sliced thick
1 red onion, sliced
hamburger dill slices(optional)

 

Instructions

Combine the first seven ingredients: 2# ground chuck, 1 red onion diced, 4 jalapeno peppers diced (no seeds), 1/4 worchestershire sauce, 1 Tablespoon creole seasoning, 1 large egg (beaten), and 1 Tablespoon  Chipolte sauce in a large bowl. Mix by hand. Let stand about 30 minutes before cooking. Wrap the onion rolls in foil & place on the grill away from the flame for about 5 minutes. After warming the rolls, split them open. Use 1 T mayo on the top bun, 1 T of mustard on the bottom bun. Now your are ready to stack the burger. On the bottom bun, place the lettuce, then the tomato slice, dash with salt & pepper, then the onion, pickle (optional), the burger, then a slice of cheddar. Makes 6 large burgers.
