Cool as a Cucumber Italian Barbeque Chicken Burgers

Ingredients

2 pounds ground chicken breast
1/4 cup low fat Italian salad dressing
1 TBS salt
2 tsp coarse ground black pepper
8 oz.  BBQ Sauce
6 sesame seed hamburger buns
1 one-gallon plastic zipper bag
2 pickling cucumbers, sliced
1 medium red onion, sliced

 

Instructions

In a large bowl mix Ground chicken Italian dressing Form into 6 patties Place patties on medium (250-300 degree) grill Season with salt and pepper Cook for 3 minutes with lid closed Turn patties over Baste with BBQ sauce Cook for 3 minutes with lid closed Turn patties over Baste with BBQ sauce Cook for 2 minutes with lid closed Turn patties over and place split bun on each patty (cut side toward patty) Cook 2 minutes with lid closed Remove from grill and place in one-gallon plastic zipper bag to steam buns Top with sliced cucumber and onion, serve
