Classic BBQ Glazed Burger with BBQ slaw on Texas Toast

Nothing says Summer in Texas like BBQ, but at today's hectic pace not everyone has time for the low and slow cooking of brisket and ribs. This recipe incorporates all the flavor of BBQ without the long wait. My original classic brisket sauce included bourbon and coke, but I found the Sutter Home White Merlot to be a wonderful change of pace in the sauce. I even tossed some of the sauce into cabbage slaw mix to add crunch factor to this burger. I hope you enjoy these flavors as much as my family and friends have!
