Cinner Burger

Pairs well with:

Cabernet Sauvignon

This rich red easily complements your homemade chicken dishes, red meats, game, and mildly seasoned pastas.

Ingredients

8lbs Ground Chuck
3 cups of Cinners Cincinnati style chili
2 cups of diced white onion
2lbs of finely shredded mild cheddar cheese
2 cups of soft cream cheese
6 white bread burger buns

Instructions

Using ground chuck make 12 4 ounce hamburger patties. Using a spoon push a small indentation in 6 of the patties. Place 2 to 3 ounces of Cinners Cincinnati chili in the indentation of the patties. Place the remaining 6 patties on top of the original 6 patties covering the chili and sealing the edges firmly with your fingertips.
Grill the burgers until they are well done.
Place burger on bottom portion of hamburger bun. Generously sprinkle top of burger with diced onion.
Spread a generous layer of cream cheese on the inside of the top bun.
Layer a mound of finely shredded mild cheddar on top of the cream cheese.
Do not put cheese cover bun top on the burger until ready to eat so that the cheese is not melted. The goal is to eat the burger before the mound of cheese melts.
