Pairs well with:

White Zinfandel

With strawberry and melon essences, this American original is perfectly at home with however you like to unwind.

Ingredients

3/4 lbs 81% ground beef
3/4 lbs Maple sausage
3 tsp Cinnamon
1/2cup grated onion
10 slices of cooked bacon crumbled
1/2 cup Phili honey-nut cream cheese
Cheesy onion rolls
butter oil for grill (if necessary)

Instructions

Its pretty simple, Mix the beef, sausage, cinnamon, onion, and 5 pieces of crumbled bacon in a bowl. Make your patties. Then grill at 350 degrees (I use a charcoal grill) for 12 minutes. (Usually 7 minutes on one side and 5 on the other.) In the mean time, I mix my cream cheese and the other 5 pieces of crumbled bacon together. Set aside and wait for burgers. I like to toast my buns too. I butter my buns and place then on the grill for 4-5 minutes. Once the burgers and buns are done, I add the cream cheese topping. I spread the topping on thick. I don't feel that condiments are necessary on this sweet burger.
