½ lime, juiced
1 pound ground chuck
1 pound ground sirloin

To assemble the burgers, spread approximately 3 Tablespoons of Refried Beans on each roll bottom, then place ½ cup lettuce, a tomato slice, a patty, 1/3 cup of the Mexican Cheese Blend, and the chopped sweet onion. Then take the top portion of the roll and spread with 1 ½ Tablespoons of the mayonnaise, next spread 3 Tablespoons of the avocado mixture on top of the mayonnaise, and place roll tops onto Torta Burgers and serve.
