Instructions

First start by mixing the minced garlic, chipolte tabasco, montreal seasoning, A-1 zesty steak sauce, worchester sauce, crushed red pepper and Pinot Noir in a mixing bowl. Once the ingredients are well mixed add one pound of lean ground beef, and massage all the ingredients in to the beef before making patties. Make sure that the beef and all ingredients are well mixed before forming patties. Start you grill and let the coals come up to temerature, oil the grill and put on the patties we made from the mixture above. Cook the patties until desired degree of color, I prefer medium to medium welldone. While the burger are cooking slice the onions, tomatoes, and cut up the lettuce for the burgers. Take the onions and place them in a tupperware or other sealable container. Next slice limes into quarters and squeeze juice into the container with the onions. Shake the onions in the juice until well covered and let sit. Once burgers have reach desired state of cooking, remove from grill. Top with blue cheeze crumbles, pepper crusted bacon, lettuce and lime marinated onions. Top the buns mayonaise and some A-1 zesty steak sauce then serve.
