CHESAPEAKE BAY BURGERS

Cabernet Sauvignon

This rich red easily complements your homemade chicken dishes, red meats, game, and mildly seasoned pastas.

Ingredients

1 pound (favorite) lean ground beef
1 tsp onion powder (or 1/4 C fresh onion/minced)
1/2 tsp celery salt
4 oz. of favorite ale/beer
10 Ritz crackers crushed
2 tsp Old Bay/(Seafood) seasoning ————————- *topping 1/2 pound of lump crab meat
1/2 C mayo
1 tsp onion powder
2 T Old Bay/(Seafood)seasoning
1 T  Mustard 

 

 

Instructions

Mix together first six ingredients and pat into four delicious patties: Grill or broil to desired color/doneness; While the burgers are grilling, mix together crab topping – divide into four portions and place on top of burgers for the last five minutes of cook time. Remove from heat/ serve on a bed of fresh musclin/spring mix atop toasted cheese bread or a seeded keiser rolls, and add a little mayo sprinkled with Old Bay to garnish this tasty burger! Enjoy 🙂
