1 LARGE EGG
1/2 CUP CRACKER CRUMBS
1/2 CUP MAYONAISE
3 TABLESPOONS OLD BAY SEASONING
1 TABLESPOON SUTTTER HOME CHARDONAY
1/4 CUP CHOPPED ONIONS
1 TABLESPOON HOT SAUCE
1/2 POUND FRESH CRABMEAT
1 CUP FRESH SWEET WHITE CORN
3 TABLESPOONS CIDER VINEGAR
SIX KAISER ROLLS
SIX SLICES BEEFSTEAK TOMATOES
ICEBERG LETTUCE
1 CUP TARTAR SAUCE

Instructions 

MIX FIRST EIGHT INGREDIENTS AND FORM INTO SIX 1/3 LB PATTIES GRILL APPROXIMATELY 12 MINUTES PER SIDE UNTIL DESIRED TEMPERATURE WHILE PATTIES ARE GRILLING MIX CRABMEAT, CORN AND VINEGAR TOGETHER. IF DESIRED YOU CAN ADD MORE OLD BAY SEASONING. TOAST KAISER ROLLS ON GRILL. PLACE PATTTIES ON ROLLS AND TOP WITH CRAB/CORN MIXTURE, TOMATOE,LETTUCE AND TARTAR SAUCE.
