Cheesy WorcesterSON Burger

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons seasoning salt
1 tablespoon pepper
5 lbs. lean ground beef
1 lb ground pork
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
1 pack onion soup mix
1 egg
1 8 oz.  sweet and sour sauce
8 onions, sliced
8 tomatoes, sliced
romaine lettuce leaves
24 Sesame burger buns toasted

Instructions

Combine Worcestershire, salt,pepper,onion soup, ground pork and ground beef, egg and cheese into 6 oz.patties. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Broil or grill on medium heat 8 minutes each side for medium well. Add additional cooking minutes for well done. Brush on sweet and sour sauce prior to taking of the grill Ketchup if you insist. Serve on bun with lettuce, sliced tomatoes and onion.
