Charlie Tuna Burgers

A fun change for the grill using canned tuna.


2- 6 oz cans of tuna, chunk light
1 tbs. Sutter Home chardonnay
2 organic egg lightly beaten
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
6 tbs. flour
2 tbs. soy sauce
2 tbs. ketchup
salt and pepper to taste.


Mix all ingredients and form into patties. Grill over medium heat for about 3 minutes gingerly turning over once.


Brush hamburger buns with extra virgin olive oil and toast over the grill. Serve with slices of onion, tomato and it is wonderful with mayonaise!
