Caesar Burger

I make Caesar salads a lot in the summer and when I saw the contest in a magazine, and I thought I could make a burger with a different twist.

2 anchovies-smashed
1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves chopped garlic
3 tablespoons Worcestershire
2 tablespoons Tabasco
3 tablespoons Cabernet
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
6 ciabatta rolls
2 tablespoons olive oil
Parmesan topping
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mayo
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
12 small romaine leaves

Light the grill to medium heat.

Smash the anchovies in the bottom of a large bowl. Mix the burger, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Worcestershire, Tabasco, Cabernet Sauvignon, salt and pepper together. Divide the mixture into six balls and make them into patties. Brush the grill with olive oil and put the burgers on the grill. Cook on each side 5 to 7 minutes (medium). Brush the rolls with olive oil and grill for about 2 minutes.

Mix the Parmesan cheese, mayo, lemon juice, and salt and pepper. Mix the romaine leaves with the Parmesan dressing. Place the burger on the ciabatta roll and top with the Parmesan romaine leaves.
