Cabernet Black Angus Stacker

Ingredients 

2lbs 100% Black Angus Beef
1/2c Cabernet Sauvignon
1 tbsp Caraway Seeds
1 tbsp Celery Salt
1 tbsp Cracked Pepper
Topped with:
3 Slices Applewood Bacon
Crumbled Blue Cheese
Romaine lettuce
Grey Poupon Mustard mixed with fresh honey
Pepper Mayo
Sweet Plum tomatoes
Frescata Bun
Served with:
4 Thick Cut Sweet Potatoes 
Butter Rum Sauce

Instructions 

Marinate: Mix 2 lbs Angus Beef with 1/2c Cabernet Sauvignon. Allow marinate to set for at least an one hour. Add in seaonsonings. Mix Well. Cook over an open pit grill with mesquite wood (Cook to preference) Topped with fully cooked Applewood Bacon Crumbled Blue Cheese Romaine Lettuce Grey Poupon Mustard with fresh honey Pepper Mayo Sweet Plum Tomatoes Toasted Frescata Bun Sweet Potatoes with Butter Rum Sauce Cut a large sweet potato into four thick chunks. Boil and Drain. Sauce: 1 stick of butter 1 box of confection sugar Jamaican Rum to taste
