Buffaloloaf Burger

Because it’s made with Buffalo (Bison), You know, “Oh give me a home, where the buffalo roam….”

Ingredients:

1 lb. Buffalo (Bison) Ground
1 Egg
1/4 cup milk
1 Shredded Piece of Bread
1 tbsp. Mustard
1 tbsp. Worcteshire Sauce
1/2 Chopped Onion
1/2 Chopped Green Pepper
1 tsp. Ground Pepper
1 tsp. Sea Salt

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients by hand until well blended and make 6 patties. Grill for 3 minutes each side. Serve on buns with hamburger toppings.
