Buffalo Style Burger

Ingredients

Blue Cheese Spread
1/4 cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup Heavy Cream
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1 clove Garlic Minced
4 oz Maytag Blue Cheese
1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
1/8 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
Patties
2 lbs Ground Chuck
3 Tbs Buffalo Sauce
Oil to Grease Grill
6 Iceburg lettuce leaves
6 slices Onion
6 slices White Chedder
Blue Cheese Spread
2 Tbs Buffalo Sauce
6 Hawaiian Rolls

 

Instructions

Blue Cheese Spread To make the blue cheese spread place the sour cream, heavy cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, blue cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Patties To make the patties mix the ground chuck and the buffalo sauce together by hand. Once combined pat the hamburger into six equal patties. Grill the patties over medium low heat for about 10 minutes on each side (medium well) or until they reach your desired degree of doneness as shown below. Rare – 120F to 125F Medium Rare – 130F to 135F Medium – 140F to 145F Medium Well – 150F to 155F Well – 160F and above To assemble the burgers, brush the bottom portion of the bun with 1 teaspoon buffalo sauce, place each of the patties on the sliced Hawaiian roll. Top the burger with the cheese, lettuce, and onion. Apply the blue cheese spread to the top portion of the bun….Enjoy!
