2 pinches salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp Southwest seasoning
1/8 lb Thinly sliced smoked ham
1/8 lb Thinly sliced gouda cheese
Brown mustard
sliced dill pickles
Cuban style buns, with some of the bread hollowed out
One large sheet of aluminum foil

Instructions

Season the beef patty with salt, pepper and seasoning. Grill the patty on a covered grill over medium heat, about 5 minutes on each side While the patty is cooking, prepare the bread by hollowing out a small amount of bread from each half of the bun. Spread both sides with brown mustard to taste On the bottom half of the bun, add the smoked ham and the gouda cheese. Add the pickle slices to the top half of the bun When the burger patty is cooked, place it on the ham and cheese and top with the other half of bread and pickle. Wrap the burger in foil Place back on the grill top side down and place the brick on top of the burger. Cook for four minutes. Unwrap and eat!
