Bock Burger

My friends say This is the best burgerI have ever had.


2 lbs 93% lean ground beef (1/2 lb per patty)
2 bottles of beer
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1 teaspoon crushed fresh garlic
1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes
3 Tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce 


Dice the sun dried tomatoes then soak them in the 2 Tablespoons of olive oil. Mix all the ingredients except beer and olive oiled tomatoes together. Make 4 patties add the tomatoes to the patties and baste them with ingredients. Mix remaining olive oil and beer together. Soak the patties for 3-4 hrs refrigerated in the beer. Grill or broil and enjoy.


I serve with seasoned baked curly fries and slaw.
