You could call this an inside out cheeseburger.


3/4 oz Blue cheese
5-6oz Ground beef (preferably 93% fat free)
Fresh ground pepper
Onion flakes or salt


Form approx 3/4 oz of blue cheese into a slightly oval ball. Form a beef patty (approx 5-6 oz beef, preferably 93% fat free) with the cheese as the center, surrounded by the meat. season with pepper, onion salt or flakes, parsley. Grill to medium rare or until cheese in center has melted slightly.


Can substitute any kind of cheese for the blue cheese.
