Blue Ribbon Burgers

Ingredients 

2 lbs. ground beef
2 tsp. Worcestershire
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. crumbled blue cheese
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 oz. can mushrooms, chopped
6 hamburger buns

Instructions 

Mix meat, Worcestershire, salt, garlic salt, and pepper. Shape mixture into 12 thin patties about 4 inches in diameter. Mix cream cheese and blue cheese. Top each of 6 patties with cheese mixture, spreading to within 1/2 inch of edge; press mushrooms into cheese. Cover each with a remaining patty, sealing edges firmly. Broil or grill patties 4 inches from heat, turning once to desired doneness (10-15 minutes). Build your burger with your favorite toppings, like mustard, ketchup, tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, etc.
