Ingredients

Patties:
2 lbs. Ground Angus Beef
1/4 cup mayo
1/4 cup Grey Poupon
1 Tbls. garlic minced
1 Tbls. Horseradish
1 Cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
Portobello Mushroom Sauce:
1 lbs. portobello mushrooms
1/2 cup Sutter Home Zinfandel 
1/2 Cup Butter
1/2 TBS. garlic

 

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together: 2 lbs. Ground Angus Beef 1/4 cup mayo 1/4 cup Grey poupon 1 Tbls. garlic minced 1 Tbls. Horseradish 1 Cup Blue Cheese Crumbles Grill to desired temp Mushroom sauce: 1 lbs. portobello Mushrooms 1/2 cup Sutter Home zinfandel Red Wine 1/2 Cup Butter 1/2 TBS. garlic Add ingredients into a sauce pan & slow simmer & reduce. Top your burger with it!
