DONNA, 44 YRS OLD. HOMEMAKER. OUR FAMILY SPENDS A LOT OF TIME ON OUR PATIO IN THE SUMMER. WE LIKE TO TRY NEW GRILLING RECIPES, AND EXPERIMENT WITH OUR OWN VERSIONS. THIS IS ONE THAT HAS BECOME A FAVORITE.

Ingredients 

1 LB. GROUND CHUCK
1 LB. BULK SAUSAGE
2 T. WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1/2 C. GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
1/3 t. FRESH GROUND PEPPER
1/3 t. SEA SALT
1 T. BEEF FLAVORED SOUP BASE
1 SMALL CONTAINER CRUMBLED BLUE CHEESE
1 PURPLE ONION SLICED
3 T. BALSAMIC VINEGAR
1 PKG. CORNMEAL TOPPED GOURMET BUNS

Instructions 

IN A LARGE BOWL, COMBINE 1ST 7 INGREDIENTS. FORM INTO 8 PATTIES. OVER HOT CHARCOAL GRILL, COOK BURGERS ON EACH SIDE UNTIL DONE. 12- 15 min. (not pink) AT THE SAME TIME GRILL SLICED PURPLE ONION BRUSHED WITH BALSAMIC VINEGAR. SERVE ON GRILLED BUNS, TOPPED WITH ONIONS, AND CRUMBLED BLUE CHEESE. MAY ADD ANY OTHER FAVORITE TOPPINGS, SUCH AS LETTUCE,TOMATO AND PICKLES.

THESE BURGERS LOOK AND TASTE VERY IMPRESSIVE. TRY IT OUT ON THE BOSS!
