5lbs ground beef
aujus
onion
garlic
worcestershire
beer
cajun seasoning
mushrooms
lettuce
tomato
optional large buns

 

Instructions

finely chop onions and mushrooms add all spices to a large bowl add one half to three fourth can of beer whisk together dash of worcestershire add burger mushrooms and onioin to bowl hand mix together cover for 15 minutes in refrigerator remove from refrigerator make large patties. have your grill heated put patties on cook to your desired doneness. when cooked let them rest while you toast the buns add burgers to the buns and plate good eating
