Better Than Beef Stroganoff Burgers

A rich and hearty veggie burger to convert any carnivore! Serves 4

Ingredients 

4 veggie burgers, thawed
2 tablespoons butter
2 cups shitake mushrooms, sliced
1 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
1/2 c. Sutter Home chardonnay
1/4 cup sour cream
4 panini rolls, sliced & toasted.

Instructions 

1. Grill veggie burgers til crisp, about 2 minutes per side. 2. Heat saute pan, add butter. 3. Add sliced mushrooms and garlic, saute until tender, about 5 minutes. 4. Add sundried tomatoes & wine. 5. Simmer until wine reduces to 1/4 cup. 6. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. 7. Place burger on roll & top with 1/4 of the sauce. 8. Enjoy!
