Ingredients

one pound of ground beef (sirloin)
tablespoon of worcestershire sauce
teaspoon of dijon mustard
1 egg 6 almonds, crushed to powder
one onion, minced fine
two cloves of garlic, minced fine
salt and pepper to taste
teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
Hamburger buns
Garnishes:
tomatoes,
mushrooms,
catsup or mustard

 

Instructions

Have a large bowl ready
In a grinder or chopper pulverize the almonds and place in bowl
Mince your onions and garlic and place
in bowl
Add mustard and worcestershire sauce. Mix and set aside.
In another bowl, place one pound of ground sirloin. Add an egg…add the oilve oil and mix
Pour the ingredients from the first bowl into the meat mixture and mix thoroughly. I use my hands. Make three burgers, not too flat. Grill or pan saute…2 minutes on each side, for rare burgers. Place on buns! Garnish with tomatoes, mushrooms catsup or mustard on top. Enjoy!
