Beach Burger

THIS IS A BURGER MEN LOVE , ITS SPICY, IT HAS A LOT OF SUPRISES INSIDE .AND I AM SURE IT WILL BE A HIT AT ANY COOK OUT , I MAKE THEM AHEAD OF TIME AND GRILL THEM ON THE BEACH ,

Ingredients 

2 1/2 POUNDS OF LEAN GROUND BEEF
1 MEDIUM ONION. CHOPPED
1/4 CUP FRESH PARSLEY
1 TEASPOON SALT
1 TEASPOON BLACK PEPPER
2 TABLESPOONS WORCHERSHIRE SAUCE
1/2 TABLESPPOON CHOPPED JALAPENO CHILE FILLING
1 CUP OF MUSHROOMS,CHOPPED FINE
3/4 CUP GRATED PARMIGIANO CHEESE
2 CLOVES GARLIC ,MINCED
2 TABLESPOONS CHOPPED OIL -PACKED SUN- DRIED TOMATOES,DRAINED AND CHOPPED
1/2 CUP FROZEN SPINACH COOKED AND DRAINED

Instructions 

GENTLY MIX TOGETHER BEEF ,SALT, PEPPER,PARSLEY,ONION,WORCHERSHIRE SAUCE , AND CHOPPED SEEDED JALAPENO CHlle PLACE PATTIES ON A BAKING SHEET .WITH FOIL AND PLACE IN REFRIGERTOR , IN A MEDIUM BOWL MAKE PATTIES ABOUT A 1/2 INCH THICK . SHAPPING INTO A 3 INCH ROUND PATTY IN SIZE ,MAKING ABOUT 8 PATTIES, PLACE PATTIES ON A BAKING SHEET LINED WITH FOIL AND PLACE IN REFRIGERTOR. FILLING TO MAKE FILLING PLACE MUSHROOMS ,CHEESE ,GARLIC, TOMATOES , AND COOKED SPINACH IN MEDIUM BOWL AND WHISP ALL INGREDREDIENTS TOGETHER . COVER AND CHILL FOR 2 HOURS . TO ASSEMBLE PATTIES , PLACE 2 TEASPOONS FILLING ON HAMBURGER PATTIE,IN MIDDLE OF PATTIE.PLACE ANOTHER HAMBURGER PATTIE ON TOP ,PINCH EDGES OF MEAT TO SECURE FILLING, BROIL 5 MINUTES .ON HOT GRILL
