bayou burgers

2lbs ground beef, must have fat my favorite of a great taste of new orleans.
spicy hot but not overwhelming 1/2 cup chopped jahelapena pepper 1/2 cup chopped red onion chopped green pepper to taste 2 eggs whipped mix with beef and form 8 quarter lb burgers 2 ways to cook 1 sear in skillet over high heat and then grill or continue to pan fry 2 grill or pan fry without searing serve on toasted buns with lettuce, tomato, cheese, onion, mustard have wine ready as burgers will be hot to the taste

Ingredients 

2 lbs ground beef - medium fat
1/2 cup chopped jhalepena peppers
1/2 cup chopped red onions
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
2 tbls ketchup
2 eggs beaten mix and form
8 patties
2 ways to cook
1 sear outside in hot skillet and then grill or pan fry
2 best - just grill serve on crusty hot hamburger buns with lettuce, cheese,
mustard, 
sliced onion
