Barbeque Jack Cheeseburger

For those who like a hearty stick to your bones kind of burger.


1 lb. meat
corn flake crumbs
2 eggs red/green peppers diced
onion/garlic minced
fresh cracked pepper 
sea salt
 barbeque sauce
swiss or provolone cheese (slices)
kaiser buns


Place meat in a large bowl. Add 2 eggs, onion/garlic, peppers mixture and knead with hands. Add corn flake crumbs until mixture is moist not dry or too wet from the egg. Add a pinch of salt/pepper to mixture. Form meat into generous sized patties. Put 4 patties on a glass baking pan add barbeque sauce and provolone or swiss cheese to the top of the burgers. Bake in a glass baking pan in the oven at 350 degrees until done to desired color.


Serve on toasted kaiser buns with traditional burger fixins.
