3 lbs. 85% lean ground chuck
6 tsp. salt
3 tsp. black pepper
1 cup chopped, pickled jalepeno
1 large white onion
2 large red bell peppers
6 thick slices of cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups of cilantro
1 cup of sour cream
1/4 cup salsa
6 white buns
3 tbsp. butter
1.) Combine beef, salt, pepper, and jalepeno. Form into 1/2 lbs. patties.
2.) Chop onion and bell pepper into 1/2 inch slices.
3.) Mix sour cream and salsa and set aside.
4.) Grill burgers to desired doneness. Grill veggies until tender.
5.) Put butter on buns and brown.
6.) Assemble burger by first putting avocado on the bottom bun. Then place the patty, topped with grilled veggies, and cheese. Followed by cilantro, and lastly the sour cream dressing and bread.
