Ingredients

For the Burger:
2 lbs ground sirloin
2 cloves garlic-put through a garlic press
1/4 cup finely chopped vidalia onion
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp organic dry ground mustard
2 tbsp mayonnaise
12 oz Oscar Meyer Center Cut Bacon
For the Vinegarette Dressing:
1 Pkt Good Seasons Zesty Italian Salad Dressing and Recipe Mix
1/4 cup hot water
1 tbsp honey
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
For the Greens and Tomato:
6 cups of Baby Greens
6 slices tomato vine ripened
For the Spread:
12 tbsp alouette garlic and herb spread
For the Bread:
6 Italian Foccacia Rolls
2 disposable pizza pans to cook bacon on grill

Instructions

First mix the vinegarette dressing mix, 1 packet of Good Seasons Zesty Italian Salad Dressing Mix, 1/4 cup hot water, 1 tbsp honey, 1/4 cup red wine vinegar, a tbsp olive oil. Whisk together and put in refrigerator.** Right before grilling your burgers measure out the 6 cups of baby greens and 6 slices of tomato and pour 1/2 cup of vinegarette on the top and put back in the refrigerator.
Next Mix together burger ingredients, 2 lbs of ground sirloin, 2 cloves garlic pressed through a garlic press, 1/4 cup finely chopped vidalia onion, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp ground mustard, 2 tbsp mayo. Remember do not hand mix for too long, your meat will remain moist. Set aside.
Preheat grill on high, using your pizza pans you are going to grill the 12 oz of bacon until crispy on the grill, drain on paper towels. Closing the lid to the grill expedites cooking the bacon.
Crumble bacon into burger mixture and form into 6 patties.
Turn grill down to low and place the patties on the grill, cook 4 minutes then turn over for another 7 minutes. I do put the Rolls on the grill for the last couple of minutes to heat them.
Assembly time: On the bottom side of the roll spread 2 tbsp of the Alouette cheese, place burger on top and then with tongs grab some of the greens draining a bit and place in a mound on the burger and then put on 1 tomato slice and then the roll lid. There you go….Yummy!!
