BACON PECAN BURGER

6 TBS CHOPPED PECANS,
3 TBS CHOPPED PARSLEY,
2 TBS ONION GRADED,
4TBS SOFTEN BUTTER,
1CUP BROWN SUGAR,
1CUP CHILI SAUCE,
1TSP MUSTARD

Instructions 

PREHEAT BROILER ARE GRILL DIVIED GROUND BEEF INTO 12 PATTIES PARTIALLY SAUTE BACON THE FAT SHOULD START TO RENDERING BUT IT SHOULD NOT GET CRISPY.DRAIN THE BACON,MIX PECANS,PARSLEY,ONION AND BUTTER TOGETHER SPREAD THE MIXTURE ON SIX BURGERS TOP WITH REAMAINING BURGERS AND SEAL THE EDGES WITH THE BACON AND SECURE WITH WOODEN TOOTHPICK BROIL ARE GRILL 10 TO 15 MINS UNTIL DESIRED DONENESS ONLY TURN ONCE .IN SMALL SAUCE PAN ADD BROWN SUGAR ,CHILI SAUCE,MUSTARD,HEAT UNTIL DISSOLVED BRUSH BURGERS ON BOTH SIDES WHILE COOKING RESERVE SOME FOR TOPPING LATER
