Bacon Blue Burgers
Classic flavors are subtly combined for a truly different burger experience.
1 lb ground sirloin
1/2 lb ground chuck
8 oz. danish blue cheese crumbles
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
6 strips bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
1 Tbsp. tomato juice
1 Tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. of white pepper
6 Sesame-seed Hamburger buns
Chunky-style blue cheese dressing
Heat grill to medium-high. Combine beef, blue cheese, bacon, garlic salt, tomato juice, Worchestershire and white pepper and mix gently. Form into 6 large patties. Cook over medium for 15 minutes, until thoroughly cooked, turning as needed. Place patties on buns and cover with dressing.
