Ingredients

ground lamb tenderloin
ground beef tenderloin
fresh crushed pepper
kosher salt
fresh cut mint leaves
fresh cut basil fresh garlic minced
worcestershire sauce
provolone cheese
american cheese
romaine lettuce
tomatoe
bread frescata bread (toasted)

 

Instructions

mix together lamb,beef,garlic,mint,basil,salt,pepper,and worcestershire sauce. roll into ball and let it sit and marinate for at least 15 minutes for flavor to come together. seperate the mixture into 1/4 pound patties.then cook on grill for 3 1/2 minutes on high on each side, while the burger is cooking put frescata bread on grill to toast them. turn off grill, take off bread when toasted, and put cheese on until melted. then put burger on bottom piece of bread then tomatoe, lettuce, and top half.
