ba ba burger

my family and i love lamb and one day i had a little lamb and a little bit of beef. So, i decided to make a burger with it since it was something i never tried before. After i made the whole family tried it and loved it. Still after 6 years no one in my family and out of my friends have had a better burger then this.

ground lamb tenderloin
ground beef tenderloin
fresh crushed pepper
kosher salt
fresh cut mint leaves
fresh cut basil fresh garlic minced
worcestershire sauce
provolone cheese
american cheese
romaine lettuce
bread frescata bread (toasted)

mix together lamb, beef, garlic, mint, basil, salt, pepper, and worcestershire sauce. roll into ball and let it sit and marinate for at least 15 minutes for flavor to come together. seperate the mixture into 1/4 pound patties.then cook on grill for 3 1/2 minutes on high on each side, while the burger is cooking put frescata bread on grill to toast them. turn off grill, take off bread when toasted, and put cheese on until melted. then put burger on bottom piece of bread then tomatoe, lettuce, and top half.

this is a very juicy and delcious burger and i bet this would be a winner for those with an exotic taste in food. I make this rarely because of the costly ingrediants but it is made to be simple since that is what everyone needs these days, easy and delicous food.
