Ingredients

6 Buns
3 lb ground Buffalo
2lb maple cured Bacon (cooked or heat and serve)
6 oz Blue cheese
Lettuce
Tomato
Onion

 

Instructions

Patty up 12 large thin patties, 2 rows of six
Divide cheese into 6th
Chopped bacon and divide into 6th
Place a portion of cheese and bacon on each patty of one row
Top with the remain six patties and press around edges to seal
Grill burgers, lightly toast the buns
Top with lettuce, tomato and onions
