Athens Burger
Ingredients
1 pound ground sirloin
4 oz coarsely crumbled feta cheese
4 oz coarsely chopped pitted Kalamata olives
1 tsp fresh dried oregano
1 clove of garlic minced
1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
4 fresh Kaiser Rolls, sliced
1 sliced tomato tzatziki sauce (store bought or home made)
Instructions
Mix sirloin, feta cheese, olives, oregano, garlic and pepper together in a bowl. Divide meat mixture into 4 equal portions. Form portions into individual hamburger patties. Cook patties on grill for 4 minutes on each side for medium doneness. While patties are cooking, slice tomato. Just before patties are done, lightly toast Kaiser Rolls on grill. When hamburgers are desired doneness, remove from grill and place on toasted roll. Top each patty with a tablespoon of Tzaziki sauce and a tomato slice
