Instructions

Preheat gas grill to medium-high. To make the patties, combine the turkey, sausage, peppers, mushrooms, onion, Mrs. Dash seasoning, Montreal steak seasoning, celery, sage, bread crumbs, and shredded cheese in a large bowl. Handling the meat as little as possible, mix well. Divide the mixture into six portions and form the portions into patties to fit the buns. To make the sauce, chop/puree the cranberries with the Miracle whip dressing. Refrigerate until needed. Brush the grill rack with oil. Place the patties on the rack, cover and grill at ~350-400°F for 15-25 minutes until done to liking. During the last few minutes of cooking, melt cheese on top of the burgers. To assembly the burgers, place a generous amount of the sauce over the cut sides of the buns. Place burger on bun and add top of bun. Makes six burgers.
