Asian Zing Burger


For Burgers:
1.5 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup miso
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 ounces Thai Chili Paste
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup chopped green onion
6 Onion Roll Hamburger buns
1/2 cup lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup cabbage, chopped
1 small tomato, chopped
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup mint, chopped
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon rice vinegar


Combine all ingredients, mix well and form 6 burger patties. Grill for 5 minutes on each side or until cooked turning once.

Toss lettuce, cabbage, tomato, green onion, cilatnro and mint. Add sesame oil and rice vinegar, toss well

Toast buns lightly on grill, place burger on top of bottom bun, top with large scoop of relish, add top bun and enjoy.
