asian style burger

a burger with an asian twist. I don't eat vegetables so this is my way of enjoying a great burger without the fuss of anything added that's isn't already in the patty seasoning itself.


6 medium size patty.

3lbs ground beef 79% lean 21% fat ratio
7 cloves peel and mince garlic
1 lrg red onion dice finely
1 cup chopped scallions
2 tbsp red peppers flakes
1/4 cup soy sauce
4 tbsp fish sauce
1/4 cup asian chili garlic sauce
3 tbsp sugar.
1/4 hoison sauce

6 toasted seseme buns.


mix all ingredients together in a bowl. order does not matter. Mixed well and let sit for 15 mins. divide in 6 even balls. Cook on flat grill press down to form a pattie. When cook serve in between two lightly toasted seseme buns. No condiments, lettuce or tomato needed!


This burger will leave you wanting more. It's tasty with a lil kick of spice, I'm not a burger lover, but I made this and everyone enjoyed it, especially my kids=)
