Asian Burgers
Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef
2 green onions finely chopped
2 cloves minced garlic
1/8 cup soy sauce
1/8 cup light brown sugar
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp sesame seed
2 Tbsp ground ginger
1 egg slightly beaten
Sliced tomato
Lettuce
Sliced Onion
Sliced avacado
Sprouts
Fresh spinach leaves
Instructions
Mix first nine ingredients well in a large bowl. Chill for thirty minutes. Shape into eight patties and grill on low, turning frequently until desired doneness. Serve on sesame seed buns using any combination of the last six ingredients or serve plain. These burgers are good enough to stand alone. ENJOY!
