1 tablespoon ground cumin
1½ tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped
2 tablespoons fresh thyme chopped
6 tablespoons fusion oil reserved for avocado mayonnaise an buns
2 ripe avocados
2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (to protect avocado)
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2-3 tablespoons of fusion oil (more of spices an herbs sediment then oil to taste)
Salt to taste
(Wine or beer in spray bottle for dowsing fire flare ups)
6 good soft sandwich buns
6 slices Jarlsberg cheese
6 pieces bibb lettuce

To make the patties place the chuck in a bowl break apart using a fork do not handle or compress the chuck to much, add the chopped onion all but the 2 tablespoons reserved for later use in the oil. Break the egg in a small bowl fork beat and add the Sweet’n Tangy grill creation, the Seasoned Pepper, and the ginger, mix well and pour over the chuck an onions, fork mix into chuck blending well and evenly with out to much handling. Form into 6 equal patties. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate or keep patties cool on ice until grilling.

Pour olive oil in a grill safe pan warm oil; add onions, ginger, garlic, pepper, dried rosemary, Gourmet Burger Seasoning, cumin, chopped rosemary, and chopped thyme. Bring oil and seasonings to a boil while stirring, remove oil from the grill to cool slightly, stir periodically, while preparing avocado mayonnaise.

Remove seeds and peel from avocados, in a bowl sprinkle avocados with the lemon juice and mash with fork add the mayonnaise and a pinch of salt. Stir the fusion oil and take out 6 tablespoons and place in another small bowl if it has cooled enough not sill hot, then add to avocado and mayonnaise now, but add mostly the seasonings from the oil, not so much oil add a tablespoon at a time and taste just a mild taste of the fusion oil is what your after. Set the avocado mayonnaise aside and keep cool until ready to use.

Warm grill on medium wipe grates with some of your fusion oil. Remove burgers from ice chest, poke holes in the tops of the burgers about 15 per burger not all the way through, stir the fusion oil and brush oil with some of the seasonings on the top of each burger and place face down on the grill this is why you need squirt bottle of wine or beer you need to watch the whole time you will have flare ups even with the wine Sutter Home of course, you will poke holes in your side facing up also and repeat the oiling, you must keep turning the burgers clockwise to keep from scorching to much in one place, 5-7 minutes per side spraying and turning, once you turn them over you will place a slice of the Jarlsberg cheese on each burger for the last few minutes. Brush some of the fusion oil on each side of each bun and place cool area of grill or turned off grill, lightly toast.

To assemble burgers lightly spread a thin layer of avocado mayonnaise on bottom bun and place burger on that layer and a thicker layer on the bun top a slice of lettuce on that and top the burger.

This is finely a way to add back some fat content.
