American Kobe Guac Burger

One of my wife's favorite foods is the great American burger, but she has also become a big fan of my home made Charred Tomatillo Guacamole. I love to see the look on her face, as well as my other family and friends, when I have created something new in the kitchen. I recently tried my American Kobe Guac Burger out on my wife and her best friend - it was an instant success! She talks about it all the time and is the reason I am entering it today.
