American Grilled Onion Provel Burger

Paprika,
Cloves of Garlic,
Sutter Homes Pinot Grigio, 
seasoning salt mix,
Ground Beef,
Eggs, Bun,
Provel cheese,
mayonnaise,
and Ketchup

 

Instructions

American Made Grilled Burger Vidalia Onion Sauce 1/2 Sticks of Butter 1 t Ground Sea Salt 1 t Ground Pepper 1 T Rosemary 1 t Oregeno 2 T Paprika 2 Cloves of Garlic, finely Chopped 1 Vidalia Onion, or (Sweet Onion) 3 oz Sutter Homes Pinot Grigio To make Vidalia Onion Sauce: Over Medium flame melt butter, adding oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, oregeno, paprika, garlic, Vidalia onion, Sutter Homes Pinot Grigio, and breadcrumbs. Seasoning Salt: 
2 T  Seasoning Salt Hamburger Patties 1 t of Seasoning Salt to ground beef 1-1/2 pounds ground beef (chuck is best) 2 eggs, lightly beaten Gently mix only until combined. Do not overwork the meat or it will become tough. Form into 4 patties. Lightly Shack  Seasoning Salt over top of Burger Grill Over Flame till Done Building Burger On Bottom Buns added mayonnaise, and Ketchup Cooked Burger 1 Slice of Provela Cheese Vidalia Onion Sauce Top Bun Then Eat!
