Amazing Amaretto Cheese burgers

Ingredients

3lb. hamburger
1 cup Amaretto Liqueur
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon meat tenderizer
4 teaspoons freshly diced parsley
6 slices of swiss cheese
6 onion buns

Instructions

In a large bowl combine 3lb. hamburger and 1 cup Amaretto Liqueur, 1 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon pepper, 1 1/2 teaspoon meat tenderizer, and 4 teaspoons of freshly diced parsley, mix throughly and make into (6) 1/2 lb. patties. Place patties on a preheated 160 degree grill. (when patties get close to reaching a 160 degrees place buns on grill for 1 min. or until toasted) cook until inside temp. has reached 160 degrees, then place 1 slice of cheese on top of each pattie, then place pattie onto bun. makes 6 burgers.
